Will I be charged for Customs and Taxes?
Tax is included in the price for all Irish, Northern Irish and EU customers.

No tax is taken from customers in Great Britain, US, Canada, Brazil, Colombia or European countries outside the EU. You will be respsonsible for paying taxes and duties on the products when they enter your country.

Want to send something as a gift?
If you are sending an order as a gift, don’t worry, we don’t include any pricing details on the packing slip. It will just be a list of everything you ordered 😊

Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking "View your order" in your shipment confirmation email. If there are any issues, please contact us.

How Do I Return My Order?
If you want to return your product, please contact us with your order reference and the reason for return. All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with their swing tag still attached.

Why do you not offer vegan products?
As a small business, we wanted to focus on a top-quality product. Leather has been used for centuries to make bags, clothing and shoes. Leather is also a by-product of the food industry, so by using it, you are preventing tonnes of waste being thrown into landfills.
Vegan substitutes for leather are currently made from polyurethane, a plastic, which is something we want to avoid as part of our sustainability journey. We will keep a close eye on research into new and innovative materials in the future, as we would love to offer an alternative to leather to our customers, too.

How do I care for my bag?
Please protect the bags from direct light and heat.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth when needed to keep them clean.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used multiple times as long as there is a balance left on the card. Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single order.
